Percentile rank

What percentage of values fall below a given score? Percentile rank = (number below / total) × 100.

Example

Score 75 in {50,60,70,75,80,90,95}: 3 values below 75 out of 7 total. Rank = (3/7)×100 ≈ 42.9th percentile.

Interpretation

90th percentile means you scored better than 90% of the group. 50th = median.
